Using Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Trapezius Table/ Cadillac and chair, more emphasis will be placed on pelvic and scapular stabilization, and a more integrated approach to improve motor control. Together we will use the basic principles to design a program specific to your individual needs, whether it be more sport-specific training or improving activities of daily living and allow you to return to the outdoor activities you love in this city of Vancouver BC.

STOTT Pilates® exercises were designed in collaborations with a team of Physical Therapists, Sports Medicine and Exercises Professionals to incorporate modern exercise principles, and apply current practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement to provide an approach that helps to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints.
